Placental mesenchymal dysplasia is a rare disease whose diagnosis is not always evoked in antenatal care. The diagnosis is evoked in front of antenatal ultrasound anomalies: placentomegaly with a normal fetus, the main differential diagnosis is partial mole and the diagnosis of certainty is made on histology.
