Abstract:
Phyllodes tumors of the breast are benign abnormalities, borderline malignant in advanced grades, and uncommon in children and adolescents, their treatment is mainly based on surgery and radiotherapy as in adults, with a good prognosis . This is an 11-year-old child who presented with a mass in the right breast deforming the latter. The diagnosis of low-grade PT was retained after imaging and histology (histopathological examination on the definitive surgical specimen). Treatment consisted of enucleation by periareolar approach; with good progress.
