Abstract:
Rhabdomyosarcomas are rare malignant tumors that belong to soft tissue sarcomas which has striate muscle differentiation and can develop almost in any prt of the human body. They are more common in young children and represent 5 to 8% of childhood cancers. But it is less common in adults accounting for 2-5% of all soft tissue sarcomas. The most common sites of rhabdomyosarcoma are the head and neck (40%) including orbital tumors and parameningeal tumors, the genitourinary system (25%), the limbs (20%), the trunk ( 10%). Breast localization is very little described in the literature.
