Abstract:
Puerperal hematomas are a rare cause of postpartum hemorrhage, early or late. Their adequate care requires several stakeholders starting with the obstetrician, the resuscitator, the radiologists. We report the case of a 37-year-old woman, multiparous, referred for pec of renal insufficiency with undocumented postpartum heart disease. A normal delivery according to the reference sheet, the evolution was marked by the appearance of a large embarrassing vulvar hematoma requiring rapid treatment This case allows us to draw the attention of practitioners to the seriousness of deliveries of multitared parturients which requires level three from the outset.
