We report a case of carcinosarcoma of the right breast in a young, 18-year-old, unmarried patient, with no notable pathological history, treated with primary chemotherapy supplemented by surgery. The patient is in complete remission after a 12-month follow-up. The aim of our work is to report the anatomopathological, therapeutic and finally prognostic characteristics of this rare entity.
