Abstract:
Granulosa cell tumors are rare tumors of the ovary, belonging to the group of tumors of the stroma and sex cords. They develop from granulomatosis and thecal cells. They are subdivided into adult (95%) and juvenile tumors. Most often, they are estrogen-secreting, causing clinical signs that vary according to age: precocious puberty, menstrual irregularity and metrorrhagia. The clinical presentation is in the form of a suspicious ovarian mass more often unilateral our case concerning an association of a granulosa tumor with a digestive tumor is very rare
