Abstract:
This study investigates the link between organisational learning culture and corporate innovation. The corporate world is a very competitive place, forcing all organisations to put their best foot forward if they want to survive and get to the top of the food chain. A company must adopt new strategies to survive in the environment due to the intense competition in the commercial world. This study also includes metrics of corporate innovation, such as technological innovation and strategic innovation, as well as characteristics of organizational learning culture, such as continuous learning and team learning.
