Abstract:
The study aimed to identify the importance of managerial delegation on El Daein university workers' morale in East Darfur State - Sudan. And the problem was the weakness of the role played by managerial delegation on El Daein University workers' morale. And the study community was represented in all university workers. The study followed the descriptive, analytical approach. And tested one hypothesis "the impact of managerial delegation on workers' morale at El Daein university" the study reached a number of important findings; including the managerial delegation raised workers'morale, the managerial delegation helps organization or institutions to do its tasks effectively and efficiently, the study recommended the necessity of implementing managerial delegation in organization or institution.
