Abstract:
Systemic Lupus is a chronic autoimmune disease, the association of which with a pregnancy makes the latter classified in the box of high-risk pregnancies which requires specialized care between internist, obstetricians and resuscitators, the purpose of which is to program this event. and ensure the smooth running of the latter under the right conditions. The aim of our work is to shed light on the impact of pregnancy on lupus and its effects on the latter and to highlight the modalities of the management of these patients.
