Abstract:
Urinary infection is quite common in infants; often revealing a morpho-anatomical anomaly of the urinary tree, its diagnosis is based on clinical examination and a urinary cytobacteriological examination with antibiogram. We report a retrospective descriptive study on 34 cases, collected in pediatric emergencies over a period of two years from January 2020 to 2022.We observed a varied clinic and biology; Early and appropriate antibiotic therapy can improve the prognosis and reduce cases of resistance.
