Our retrospective study carried out in the pediatric emergency room of the Hassan II University Hospital in Fez, for a period ranging from March 2022 to August 2022, made it possible to collect 67 cases of scorpion bites and highlights the extent and gravity of the scorpion peril in our climates. This study calls for encouraging all national and international potential to reflect on the ways and means to be implemented to fill the gaps in order to limit the damage linked to serious scorpion envenomation's.
