Abstract:
The accounting profession, traditionally characterized by its adherence to standards and principles, is undergoing a transformative shift towards embracing diversity and inclusivity. This research explores the imperative of cultivating a diverse and inclusive environment within accounting firms and organizations. Drawing on empirical research and case studies, the study underscores the positive impact of diversity on organizational performance, innovation, and client relations. Furthermore, it examines the role of inclusive leadership in creating a workplace culture that values and leverages differences.
