Abstract: Disorders of sex development are causing a discrepancy between the actual sex (phenotypic) and genetic sex (genotypic). We report a rare case of late revelation disorders of sex development in an adult of 43 old-years man who admitted to want marriage and the presence of abnormalities in the external genital. The patient had a total hysterectomy with salpingotomy after confirmation of its karyotype.
