Abstract:
This article entitled "Improvement of the management and efficiency of a computerized system in educational establishments in the DRC" aims to contribute to the consolidation of quality assurance in higher and university education and to promote the educational development of the country, in general. This scientific article also presents some precedence in terms of the simplification of administrative processes, the centralization of data, effective monitoring and evaluation, as well as the facilitation of communication and collaboration... First of all, the use of a computerized system makes it possible to simplify and rationalize administrative processes. Tasks such as registering students, managing schedules, managing grades and report cards can be automated, significantly reducing the time and effort required to complete these tasks. This also helps reduce human errors and improve the overall efficiency of the management of higher education and university establishments in the DRC. In addition, a computerized system makes it possible to centralize data and information concerning students, teachers and material resources of establishments. This facilitates access to relevant information and enables informed decisions to be made in planning curriculum, managing resources and monitoring curriculum performance. Another benefit of using a computerized system is the ability to implement effective monitoring and evaluation. Data collected through the system can be analyzed to identify areas of improvement, evaluate the effectiveness of instructional programs, and track student progress. This allows educational institutions to adapt their teaching strategies and methods to better meet the needs of students. Finally, the use of a computerized system makes it possible to facilitate communication and collaboration between the different actors of the educational community. Teachers, parents and students can access information and resources through an online platform, making it easier to share important information, communicate practical work, and promote the active participation of parents in their children's education.
