Abstract:
: This paper, entitled "Rôle de la communication interculturelle dans la prévention et la gestion des conflits ethniques au Mali" aims to highlight the challenges associated with intercultural communication in the prevention and management of ethnic conflicts in Mali, and to enhance the role of intercultural communication in this context. Use a quantitative research method focused on data analysis and interpretation , the research work revealed that intercultural communication faces challenges in the prevention and management of ethnic conflicts in Mali. It also shed light on strategies to enhance the role of intercultural communication in the prevention and management of ethnic conflicts. Based on these findings, recommendations have been formulated, including the training and capacity building of stakeholders involved in conflict management, promotion of inclusion and equality, encouraging intercommunity dialogue in the management of ethnic conflicts.
