This study delves into the intricacies of change management practices within international oil companies operating in Juba, South Sudan, a region characterized by unique geopolitical, economic, and regulatory challenges. With a focus on the oil industry's significance in South Sudan's development, the research examines the strategies employed by these companies in navigating change.
