Abstract:
Mediastinal cysts (KM) are rare anomalies, often asymptomatic. However, surgical management may be necessary to eliminate symptoms and prevent complications. Through three clinical cases, this article shares the experience of surgical excision of mediastinal hydatid cysts. Observations include patients presenting with hemoptysis, chest pain, and neurological symptoms, with radiological images revealing cystic lesions. Surgical procedures involved thoracotomies and pericystectomies, with particular attention to preservation of adjacent structures.
