Abstract:
Non-obstetrical vulvar hematoma is rare but potentially serious. The authors report the case of a massive vulvar haematoma in a 27-year-old girl following consensual sexual intercourse, with an ongoing pregnancy of 31 weeks of amenorrhea. This case also highlights the effectiveness of conservative treatment of large vulvar haematomas.
