Abstract:
This study presents an industrialized solution adapted to the local context of the province of Bas-Uélé (City of Buta) in terms of renewable energies used by our contemporary companies. This study attempts to develop a mobile remote monitoring system instantly connected to the various heterogeneous electrical stations powered by batteries and generators via a remote access point through a Wi-Fi terminal. The main objective of this study is to facilitate the management of the integration and the synchronic use of several sources of renewable energies in some companies in the city of BUTA with the contribution of ICT in order to improve and meet the need for continuous and real-time monitoring of electrical stations motley used by local businesses in the province of Bas-Uélé. To achieve this, this study used the JAVA programming language for the implementation of the Android application, the PHP language for the Web application as well as the MySQL database management system.
