El Fatemi Abstract: The glomus tumor is a benign tumor, rarely malignant, but painful and can be responsible for major functional discomfort. It develops from the glomus body which is mainly found in the extremities. We report a very rare localization of malignant glomus tumor, including an exceptional localization in the perineal region and discuss the epidemiological, diagnostic and therapeutic aspects of these tumors.
