Abstract:
Superior sulcus tumors are a rare subset of lung carcinomas which occur with an incidence of less than 5 % of all lung cancers. In thoracic oncology, management of superior sulcus tumors remains challenging because of their anatomical location. The optimal therapeutic management is still controversial. Combined approach including surgeryand radiotherapy allows for a good rate of complete resection.
