Abstract:
Tuberculosis is an infection caused by Mycobacterium characterized by a clinical polymorphism. Although Tuberculosis is endemic in Morocco; Tenosynovitis represents a rare localization of bone and joint TB. Its chronic and insidious evolution explains the diagnostic delay that can occur at the stage of complications, such as compression of the median nerve. We report a case of TB tenosynovitis of the flexor tendons revealed by a carpal tunnel syndrome with favorable outcome under medical and surgical treatment.
