Abstract:
This study aims to model and implement a decision-making system within the National Insurance Company (SONAS) in order to facilitate the management of its personnel and optimal decision-making. The main objective of this study is to assist the SONAS authorities in making ideal decisions and to enable them to have a clear vision of the evolution of the company and its influence on its staff in terms of performance ... To achieve this objective, we used a Data Warehouse based on the PERT method specialised in task scheduling in order to filter, sort and analyse the data related to the operation of SONAS in the DRC. On the other hand, we have used the Unified Modeling Language (UML) to model our system, while the implementation of the system has been carried out using the open source software Power BI and PDI (Pentaho Data Integration); and the data source has been designed using PostgreSQL software. Ultimately, this study envisages a continuous updating of the system in relation to the change and evolution of the company's activities.
