The research study used questionnaires and interview guides to gather data, and it also used a correlation research methodology. It was discovered that there is an excellent relationship between the tourism industry supply chain and sustainability challenges, which is sustainability performance, increases competition, and increased customer satisfaction. Both qualitative and quantitative methods were used to examine sustainability challenges, such as overpopulation, pollution, and global warming.
