Interior control is supposed to affect worker execution. The questionnaire for the survey was used to collect data. The respondents were surveyed using a method of random sampling. 550 questionnaires were distributed in total; there were only 181, with a 32% response rate. AMOS and SPSS were used to analyze the data. This study showed that employee performance was strongly correlated with internal audit. In brief, employee performance is significantly impacted by internal audit.
