Banani Abstract: : Uterine arteriovenous malformations (AVM) are a possible cause of abnormal uterine bleeding persisting especially after a miscarriage or the diagnosis of gestational trophoblastic disease. In our work we report the case of a patient with a history of miscarriage, and whose evolution was marked by the occurrence of metrorrhagia of medium to great abundance and whose initial investigations (ultrasound coupled to Doppler; pelvic MRI) suspected an AVM. The arteriography allowed to eliminate this diagnosis by retaining that of trophoblastic retention.
