Abstract:
The pseudarthroses of the carpal scaphoid describe difficult problems of treatment, which are not the same according to the stage of discovery. Carpal scaphoid pseudarthrosis is the main complication of scaphoid fracture, which is itself a fracture most often overlooked. Its evolution is ineluctably towards wrist osteoarthritis in the long term disabling. The treatment is primarily surgical. Among the multitude of techniques proposed today, that of the corticocancellous graft of MATTI-RUSSE remains a reference. But, it is necessary to be able to discuss other means therapeutics according to the evolutionary stage of the scaphoid pseudarthrosis . We present here the case of a patient with pseudarthrosis of the scaphoid, who was successfully treated by osteosynthesis with graft according to the technique
