Abstract:
: The Latissimus dorsi flap is considered a "gold standard" in reconstructive surgery due to his multiple advantages: reliable vascularisation, long pedicure, good calibre and coverage of large defects. It can be used as a pedicled or free flap, muscular, musculocutaneous, osteomusculocutaneous or as a perforator. We present this work, the anatomical basis of the latissimus dorsi muscle , the indications and the different surgical techniques.
