The significance of study highlight through descripts/ analyzes suitable strategies to transcend fragility situations and weakness conduced to resumption ex- conflicts among region communities. The basic question of the study is: what are the challenges to transforming fragile peace and opportunities to sustain it in the greater kurdufan region? Beside other lateral includes: what are societal peace fragility indicators in the region? What are the features expressive on societal structural fragility incapacitate to docking peace and justice? What are opportunities to sustain positive peace in the region? the study depends on integrated methodologies includes: descriptive analysis, cause study and comparative- content analysis, the study reached specific conclusions highlight: justice warranty and building strong/ comprehensive institutions for all community factions consider the best way to transforming to positive peace through transcend the societal fragility features. Also the study has concluding highlights: connoting to established regional observatory to conflict transformation and sustaining positive peace integrate therein issues of justice,security,development and human rights.
