Abstract:
Pilomatrixoma is a superficial benign skin tumor, frequently found in the cervico-facial region in children. clinically they are frequently misdiagnosed as other skin conditions. A case of a giant pilomatrixoma measuring 11 cms in a 38-year-old adult male on the trunk is reported.
