Abstract:
Ultrasound use during local anaesthesia has become imperative when making perinerveux blocks, avoiding noble structures, and also a reduction in accidentsto local anaesthetics. However, this risk cannot be formally ruled out. Only one paediatric case of a 12-year-old child is reported in this article Presenting generalized convulsive seizuresafter a combined axillary block (echoguided with neurostimulation). The initial management was to secure theairways, also to stop convulsive seizures, then an etiological treatment based on INTRALIPID 20%. The evolution was spectacular, with no neurological or hemodynamic impact.
