Abstract:
Food falsification is a serious global concern characterized by the deliberate alteration or misrepresentation of food products for financial gain. This leads to the use of substandard or adulterated ingredients, incorrect labeling, and the addition of dangerous substances to food products. This endangers the health of the population and leads to food-related diseases, allergies, and chronic health conditions. This article describes alternative solutions to the problematic situations that have arisen in improving the quality of food products in the domestic markets of Uzbekistan.
