Abstract:
The distance learning system is the set of approaches carried out outside the pedagogical face-to-face between teacher and taw. It is a teaching that complements face-to-face teaching and cannot replace it. The survey carried out in a context of distance learning at the Pedagogical University of Kananga has, certainly, made it possible to become aware of the problems of pedagogical appropriation of New Information and Communication Technologies (NICT), on the part of teacher-researchers. But it also highlighted the roles played by the teacher-researcher in university distance education as tutor, accompanist, designer... This problem pushed us to look for a better solution to facilitate the transmission of knowledge via the latest generation tools and software. The solution we proposed is to develop an E-Learning platform that best meets the needs of students and teachers at the Kananga Pedagogical University. The implementation of a distance learning system promotes the autonomy of the student and ensures that the latter organizes his own learning according to his own pace.
