Abstract:
Tuberculosis is an infectious disease caused by the bacterium Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Tuberculosis surgery is usually performed with the aim of treating complications of the disease, removing infected areas, or helping to diagnose. It is important to note that tuberculosis surgery is usually reserved for severe cases resistant to medical treatment.
