Abstract:
This study aimed to develop a Continuous Improvement Project Session Guide that helped teachers develop, implement and present Continuous Improvement Projects for validation to Junior High School teachers at Vedasto R. Santiago High School, Salacot, San Miguel, Bulacan, Second Quarter, School Year 2022-2023. Based on the findings of this study it is therefore cocluded that the hypothesis was rejected that there is no significant difference in the pre-assessment and post-assessment results of the Gabay-Guro sessions. Gabay-Guro session considerably aided great impact on the created, developed and implement Continuous Improvement Project. From the two validated CIP from 2021-2022 to 15 validated CIP for the school year 2022-2023.. A total of 15 projects was validated from several learning domains and from both the Junior High School (12) and the Senior High School (3). Therefore, it can be said that the intervention was effective and efficient intervention in achieving the intended outcome of the research.
