Abstract:
: A continuous prospective study was carried out in the department of traumatological and orthopedic surgery A at the HASSAN II University Hospital of Fez, to analyze the clinical and radiological results of the surgical treatment of clavicle fractures by means of an anatomical locked screwed plate and to evaluate our functional results, in 12 patients hospitalized in the department for a period of 18 months.Osteosynthesis was performed with an anatomic locking screw plate in all our patients, i.e., in 100% of cases. The average consolidation time of our patients was 10 weeks. In agreement with the majority? of authors we conclude to very good results for the surgical treatment of clavicle fractures by anatomic locked screw plate.
