Abstract:
The aim of this research is to investigate the effectiveness of teachers in facilitating student learning and academic achievement at Northwestern Agusan Colleges. This study explores the various factors that contribute to teacher effectiveness, including teaching methodologies, classroom management, communication skills, and the use of instructional technology. Additionally, the research examines the impact of teacher-student relationships, student engagement, and the learning environment on student outcomes. A mixed-methods approach will be employed, combining qualitative interviews with teachers and students, as well as quantitative analysis of academic performance data. The findings of this research will provide valuable insights into the factors that contribute to effective teaching practices at Northwestern Agusan Colleges and inform strategies for enhancing teacher-student interactions and improving student success.
