Abstract:
Cross-cultural leadership refers to the ability to effectively lead and manage individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds. It is the ability to function effectively and handle the role as a managing professional whilst exercising leadership in a multinational work environment. Internationalization and globalization have made organizations not to escape hiring professionals from different cultures. In the modern world, leaders should be ready to deal with people from different cultures. Leadership in cross-cultural working environment has become complex since some leaders do not know what they are doing and how they have to do it. Hence this study under review attempts to enrich the understanding of Leaders in cross-cultural organizations. In addition, to the study, we shall be have a comprehensive knowledge of the following: *Understanding cultural differences and nuances *Adapting leadership style to fit diverse cultural contexts *Communicating effectively across cultures *Building trust and relationships with people from diverse backgrounds *Managing power dynamics and biases *Embracing diversity and inclusivity *Continuous learning and developing cultural intelligence.
