Abstract:
This research aims to identify the level of Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) batch 1 Teacher Professional Education (PPG) students at the University of Jember who have completed their program at 2023. This research was conducted based on Indonesian education issues, namely related to the quality of teacher teaching and technological transformation in the world of education. In an effort to improve these two issues for the benefit of a better learning process. TPACK is an alternative to bridge these efforts. TPACK is knowledge that must be possessed by both prospective teachers and teachers. This knowledge contains how a teacher as an individual can integrate pedagogical, content and technology skills in the learning process. This research is focused on prospective history teachers, especially 25 PPG students from the class of 2023. This research uses quantitative descriptive research methods with questionnaires and interviews as data collection methods. The results obtained from calculating the mean (average) using SPSS version 23 show that the overall TPACK level of Jember University PPG students for the class of 2023 can be categorized as very high at 4.33 > 4.21 with a standard deviation of .452. This shows that the level of understanding of TPACK for PPG students in the class of 2023 is in the good category.
