Abstract:
The establishment of a virtual network for the management of the library of the University of Kananga represents a crucial step towards the civilization and modernization of its services which provide access to resources, by optimizing management, training of staff and users. This initiative will help enrich the academic experience at this university. The University of Kananga being a structure aimed at promoting scientific research to all researchers, will serve as a model for other institutions for digital transformation if this project is well executed.
