Abstract:
This paper explores the integration of Design Thinking (DT) with agile methodologies, particularly in software and product development, where the intersection of user-centered design and iterative processes is becoming increasingly crucial. The study analyses recent literature to highlight the benefits, challenges, and practical applications of DT Agile integration across industries. Findings suggest that while combining DT and agile fosters user engagement and speeds up product iteration, it also presents cultural and process challenges. This paper concludes with future research directions to address identified gaps, emphasizing the need for new metrics and approaches to streamline DT Agile integration in varying organizational contexts.
