Abstract:
This research focuses on the development of Espasyo's Innovative Event and Venue Rental Ecosystem, a web-based platform designed to enhance the event reservation process for both client and business owner. The system aims to digitize event management, improve user accessibility, and reduce administrative burdens. Key features include a user-friendly interface for online reservations, real-time inventory tracking, and secure payment processing. Users can conveniently manage bookings and monitor event details without the need for repetitive physical interactions. The system also integrates comprehensive management functionalities that allow for efficient oversight of reservations and related tasks. The findings of this study underscore the advantages of integrating a digital solution to increase efficiency and transparency in event management. While developed for practical application, the system has the potential to significantly enhance similar initiatives in the event industry.
