This research assessed the competency skills of technical vocational students and their ramifications for employability, with a specific focus on the influence of school leadership behavior. Employing a descriptive correlation approach, data was gathered from a sample comprising 300 technical vocational students and ten trainers at Fernandez College of Arts and Technology. The study aims to explore the relationship between competency skills and students' capacity to secure relevant job opportunities and elucidate the impact of school leadership behavior on skill development and employability outcomes within the technical vocational education domain. Through comprehensive analysis, the research seeks to uncover the intricate interplay between these variables and their collective influence on students' career trajectories. The findings underscore the pivotal role of competency-based education in preparing students for the demands of the contemporary workforce. Emphasizing the need to align educational curricula with industry requisites, the study highlights the significance of fostering a skill set that encompasses both technical proficiencies and essential soft skills. Moreover, the research illuminates the critical contribution of effective school leadership behavior in nurturing a learning environment that is conducive to skill enhancement and career readiness among technical vocational students. By shedding light on these dynamics, the study aims to provide valuable insights for policymakers, educational institutions, and stakeholders involved in shaping the trajectory of technical vocational education.
