Abstract:
This study investigated the effect of teachers' motivation on the academic performance of learners in government-aided primary schools in Kotido Municipality, Uganda. Utilizing descriptive statistics, the study analyzed data from a structured survey to assess various motivational factors, including management support, reward systems, and collaborative relationships between school management and teachers. The findings indicated a significant positive correlation between teachers' motivation and students' performance.
