Abstract:
The transforming effects of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) on project management are investigated in this work. By means of AI and ML, companies may maximise planning, execution, and monitoring, thus enhancing decision-making, risk assessment, resource allocation, and automated job completion. Tools driven by artificial intelligence can see patterns, forecast difficulties, and provide practical analysis. AI-driven automation frees time for strategic planning, lowers human mistake, and raises efficiency. Effective use, however, depends on rigorous evaluation of ethical issues, organisational preparedness, and data quality. Their influence on project management will grow as artificial intelligence and machine learning develop, enabling companies to save costs, increase competitiveness in the changing corporate environment, and reach more success.
