Abstract:
Public relations management is very important for Islamic boarding schools to build a positive image, maintain good relations with the community. This research aims to describe Public Relations management in the Branding Image of Islamic Boarding Schools. This research approach uses qualitative with a descriptive type. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews and documentation which were then analyzed using Miles and Huberman's interactive approach. The subjects of this research include the Public Relations Sector, Education Sector, Teachers and Santri. For data validity, researchers used triangulation. The results of this research are that public relations management in Islamic Boarding School Branding Image is carried out in 3 stages: First, the planning stage by carrying out a SWOT analysis of the public, then developed into a strategic plan formulation, Second: Implementation Stage, carried out through several techniques, namely: Written Techniques, Engineering Oral, Demonstration Techniques, Electronic Engineering, and Collaborative Approach Techniques. Third; The Evaluation Stage is carried out by; Collecting information and creating reports. This research helps Islamic boarding schools build public trust and gain wider public sympathy, especially in the midst of challenges and perceptions that may vary about Islamic boarding schools.
