Energy harvesting offers a promising solution to power the increasing number of low-power and implantable medical devices, reducing the need for frequent battery replacements or invasive power connections. The study examines various application, limitation and future prospects of power amplifiers in energy harvesting in biomedical devices. It also aims at providing insights into the advancements and challenges in this emerging field, guiding researchers and engineers towards more efficient and sustainable biomedical devices.
