Abstract:
: Atypical endometrial hyperplasia is a precancerous lesion, corresponding to the presence of an abnormal proliferation of endometrial glands with a disorder of their maturation. It is suspected on ultrasound when endometrium is thick. Hysteroscopy allows the exploration of the uterine cavity and the realization of a possible biopsy of the endometrium whose histological study confirms the diagnosis. We conducted a monocentric, retrospective study, over a period of 6 years, including 28 patients.
