Abstract:
: Breast cancer is the most common cancer in women, accounting for 36% of women with cancer in Morocco. Despite the country's strategy of early diagnosis and screening, we continue to see tumors at a locally advanced stage. Autologous dorsalis major flap recovery without prosthesis is one of the best techniques for autologous breast reconstruction. The surgical technique is well codified and enables the various fatty areas adjacent to the latissimus dorsi to be harvested for autologous reconstruction. The flap is reliably vascularized via the thoracodorsal pedicle, enabling it to be used safely with a low complication rate.
