Abstract:
: Uterine rupture during labor is a serious obstetric complication. It mainly survives in a scarred uterus and remains a rarity in a healthy uterus. It is an incident that can bring into play maternal and fetal vital prognoses and the obstetric outcome of patients in the absence of diagnosis and immediate treatment. We report the case of a uterine rupture in a healthy uterus occurring in our department in a 43-year-old third parent after spontaneous labor. Our therapeutic attitude is compared with data from the literature.
